Tuan has over 18 years of experience in development practice and has previously worked as Vice President-Secretary General at Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations of Thua Thien Hue province. Tuan is passionate about inclusive development for the disadvantaged people. He has built a strong network with both governmental and non-governmental stakeholders to support the operation of the development sector in Vietnam, with a focus on the central region of the country. As the father of two adorable children, he strongly believes that every child deserves a chance to thrive and reach their full potential. Tuan holds a master's degree from the University of Queensland (Australia) and is thrilled to bring his knowledge and experience in development practice and research, community engagement, project management, children’s inclusive development, and staff coaching… to lead the national team to foster the growth of Children of Vietnam.
