Kha is a passionate community developer with experience in education and youth-focused programs in central Viet Nam. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and National Development from Chinese Culture University in Taiwan, where his studies provided him with a deeper understanding of societal dynamics and the vital role of the younger generation in shaping and advancing national development. With experience in program coordination and stakeholder engagement, he is committed to contributing to Children of Vietnam’s efforts to empower youth with stronger skills, confidence, and pathways toward a brighter future.
