With over 28 years of experience working with government agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), Toan Tran is a community development practitioner with extensive experience in program management across rural and mountainous communities in central Vietnam. Her work spans livelihood development, women’s empowerment, disability inclusion, child protection, climate change adaptation, and strengthening the capacity of local communities and networks. With a background in education, she believes in the power of community-led solutions to create meaningful and lasting change. At Children of Vietnam, she brings a wealth of practical experience, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to learning alongside colleagues and partners.
