Scott Willis

Scott Willis

While studying the effects of Agent Orange/dioxin on the people of Vietnam, Scott Willis discovered COV and its Hope System of Care program after watching the poignant short documentary by Catherine Karnow and Ed Kashi, “The Leaves Keep Falling”. COV’s work to help children with disabilities as a result of exposure to Agent Orange so inspired Scott that he became a COV supporter in 2013. Upon moving to Virginia in 2014, he gradually became more directly involved with COV, particularly in the area of fundraising. Scott joined the Board in 2018 and is a member of the Development and Marketing Committees. His career in business has taken him to a number of international assignments, including in Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, and the Netherlands. Scott holds a BA in History from William and Mary and an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. He is the proud father of two boys, Stephen and Eli, who currently attend college.
