Ms. Huong graduated from Prague University in Textile Chemistry and Hanoi University in English. Her responsibilities include monitoring/approving expenditures, staff supervision, government, service provider and non-government organization relations, and compliance with COV and Vietnamese regulations. Ms. Huong has been employed with COV since 1998.
Monitoring & Program Assistant
Linh graduated from Danang College of Foreign Languages at Danang University with a Bachelor of Tourism in English. Ms. Linh joined COV in 2017 and assists in both the Education Initiative and Empowering Foundations for Women & Their Children.
Ms. Xanh is the receptionist and is responsible for administrative duties. Ms. Xanh has been employed with COV since 2006.
Ms. Phuong graduated from Da Nang University with an English Degree. She was COV’s first University Scholarship recipient. She is responsible for project implementation for children with disabilities between 0 and 16 years of age. As such, she collaborates closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and key partners. Ms. Phuong has been employed with COV since 2008.
Ms. Ha graduated from Saxion University of Applied Science in The Netherlands earning an International Master Programme in Environmental Science. She received a Bachelors from Danang University of Technology in Danang city, Vietnam. Her responsibilities include implementation and day to day operations of Hope System of Care for Children with Disabilities.
Ms. Binh graduated from HCMC Open University with English and Accounting Degrees. She is responsible for income and expense accounting and reporting, and disbursements to beneficiaries. Ms. Binh is also responsible for program implementation and reporting. Ms. Binh has been employed with COV since 2004.
Mr. Thom has a Bachelors Degree from Hanoi Foreign Language University. His responsibilities include facilitating partner relationships, program implementation, documentation, monitoring, and financial and program oversight and reporting for the Educational Initiative and Empowering Foundations for Women & Their Children. Mr. Thom has been employed with COV since 2011.
Mr. Long graduated from Hue University with a degree in Social Work. He is responsible for project implementation for children with disabilities between 0 and 16 years of age. Additionally, Long implements the nutrition program which distributes over one million meals to vulnerable children and families. Mr. Long has been employed with COV since 2013.
