Children of Vietnam currently has nine staff members working in our DaNang, Vietnam office.

Luong Thi Huong, Vietnam Country Director Ms. Huong is COV's Country Director in Vietnam and has worked with COV since its inception in 1998. Today, Ms. Huong is known throughout DaNang not only as COV's Country Director, but also for her keen business and management skills. Ms. Huong manages COV's programs, finances, and staff. In addition, she is responsible for government, medical and NGO relations, and compliance with COV and Vietnamese regulations. She has an excellent working relationship with the Vietnamese government, which has contributed to COV's growing success in Vietnam. |

Duong Thi Minh Tram, Program Assistant Ms. Tram, Program Assistant, is COV's liaison to the people COV serves. Ms. Tram works directly with each family, doing initial interviews, processing required documents, making referrals and completing follow-up visits.

Truong Thi Binh, Accountant Ms. Binh is COV's accountant. She also assists with program work as needed. |

Le Viet Thang, Construction Assistant Mr. Thang oversees all construction projects including houses, schools, orphanages, and street children dormitories as well as the administration of warehouse food distribution. |

Hoang Ngoc Tuan, Program Manager Mr. Tuan is the Program Manager for COV's Hope System of Care for Children with Disabilities (HSC). |

Nguyen Phan Quynh Phuong, Junior Program Assistant Ms. Phoung currently assists Mr. Tuan on the Hope System of Care for Children with Disabilities (HSC). She is one of the first university students to graduate through Children of Vietnam's University Scholarship Program. |

Hoang Thi Xanh, Office Assistant Ms. Xanh is provides administrative support, answering COV's phones and providing general office support. |

Tran Thanh Binh, Program Coordinator Mr. Binh serves as an "apprentice" to the Program Manager for COV's Hope System of Care for Children (HSC) in all aspects of Program Manager’s job.

Le Van Phong, Officer of Monitoring and Evaluation Mr. Phong supports all districts committed to the Hope System of Care for Children. He monitors and evaluates data collection and trains and advises program staff on data collection procedures.
